太陽能熱水器過熱怎么辦?三大辦法為你支招!

太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能熱(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不同于(yu)電熱(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)或..燃氣熱(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)地(di)方是(shi)(shi)它利用的(de)(de)能源是(shi)(shi)清潔(jie)的(de)(de)、免費的(de)(de)。只要太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽升(sheng)(sheng)起,太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能真空(kong)管(guan)就(jiu)會(hui)自動(dong)收集(ji)熱(re)量,但這些熱(re)量如果你沒有及(ji)時用掉(diao),熱(re)量也會(hui)累積,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)就(jiu)會(hui)上升(sheng)(sheng)。如果溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)超(chao)過(guo)100攝(she)氏度(du)(du),非承壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能熱(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)就(jiu)會(hui)“開鍋”,產(chan)生(sheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)排掉(diao)散(san)熱(re);承壓(ya)(ya)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)就(jiu)會(hui)隨溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)而(er)逐漸增大,常規的(de)(de)承壓(ya)(ya)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一般通過(guo)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)泄壓(ya)(ya)降溫(wen)(wen)散(san)熱(re)。但系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)因各種原因沒有了水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)存在,真空(kong)管(guan)式太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能熱(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)會(hui)升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)至系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)無法承受的(de)(de)狀態而(er)至使系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)損壞,尤其(qi)是(shi)(shi)承壓(ya)(ya)分(fen)體系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)也可能因控制、傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環(huan)泵等故障而(er)不能及(ji)時把熱(re)量傳入水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱,集(ji)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)部分(fen)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)會(hui)短時間內(nei)就(jiu)可升(sheng)(sheng)至系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)無法承受的(de)(de)程度(du)(du)。下面就(jiu)介紹(shao)幾種太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能集(ji)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)因真空(kong)管(guan)的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)過(guo)熱(re)問(wen)題的(de)(de)方法:

辦法1:系統(tong)非承壓

開(kai)口(kou)系統,這是我們大多(duo)傳統真空管(guan)式太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能的結構,當太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能過多(duo)時(shi),也(ye)就是太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能超過100℃,水(shui)箱里的水(shui)“開(kai)鍋”,排出蒸汽散熱(re)。

但這種系統(tong)存在的問題為:

A.降(jiang)低了系(xi)統(tong)的舒適性(xing)。非承壓的系(xi)統(tong)會給(gei)用(yong)戶帶來因水壓不均衡(heng)而造成的水溫(wen)波(bo)動問題;

B.降(jiang)低了熱水器的適(shi)用(yong)范圍:這種熱水器只能安裝(zhuang)于更高處;

C.沒有徹(che)底解決“過熱”問題,當熱水(shui)(shui)器斷水(shui)(shui)時,系統仍會出過熱問題。

辦法2:承壓系統(tong)采(cai)用T/P閥,T/P閥(fa)(fa),即溫度/壓(ya)力安全閥(fa)(fa),該閥(fa)(fa)的功能是當溫度超過(guo)或(huo)壓(ya)力超過(guo)設定(ding)的域(yu)值時,閥(fa)(fa)門打開,在(zai)太陽能熱水(shui)系統中,一般域(yu)值溫度為99℃,壓(ya)力0.6MPa。

目前(qian),絕大(da)多數(shu)承壓(ya)太陽能熱水系統(tong)將(jiang)該閥安裝在水箱上,作為真空管式太陽能熱水系統(tong)防“過(guo)熱”的主要手段。

T/P閥是實現真空(kong)(kong)管(guan)(guan)式太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)防“過熱(re)(re)”的(de)成本較低(di)的(de)可行手段,但這種(zhong)可行性是有兩個(ge)前(qian)提條件的(de):一(yi)(yi)(yi)是該太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不能(neng)(neng)斷水(shui),顯然(ran)這一(yi)(yi)(yi)點(dian)是難(nan)以做到..的(de)可靠(kao),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內缺水(shui)是有可能(neng)(neng)發生(sheng)的(de)(房屋長時(shi)間空(kong)(kong)置是要斷開(kai)水(shui)路);二(er)是該太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)要求集熱(re)(re)器的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)可靠(kao)的(de)轉(zhuan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到水(shui)箱內。當(dang)前(qian)承(cheng)壓(ya)型的(de)真空(kong)(kong)管(guan)(guan)式太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主要為(wei)(wei)兩類,一(yi)(yi)(yi)類為(wei)(wei)自然(ran)循(xun)(xun)環式的(de),另一(yi)(yi)(yi)類為(wei)(wei)強制(zhi)循(xun)(xun)環式的(de)。自然(ran)循(xun)(xun)環式系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)可以相對可靠(kao)的(de)將集熱(re)(re)器的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)轉(zhuan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到水(shui)箱內,但這種(zhong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)安裝(zhuang)與應用非常受限,一(yi)(yi)(yi)般只能(neng)(neng)屋頂或陽臺(tai)安裝(zhuang)。強制(zhi)循(xun)(xun)環的(de)真空(kong)(kong)管(guan)(guan)式太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是很難(nan)較好的(de)保證集熱(re)(re)器的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)可靠(kao)的(de)轉(zhuan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到水(shui)箱去,傳感(gan)器、控制(zhi)器、循(xun)(xun)環泵等(deng)故障均會(hui)造成集熱(re)(re)器的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)無(wu)法轉(zhuan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到水(shui)箱。

辦法3:遮陽措施

在(zai)系統(tong)可能過熱時,去人(ren)為(wei)(wei)遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)或被動自動遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)。遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)即為(wei)(wei)在(zai)集(ji)熱器(qi)的表面用一覆蓋物檔住(zhu)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)光,防止真空管繼續吸熱,以防止太陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能熱水(shui)系統(tong)“過熱”一種為(wei)(wei)人(ren)為(wei)(wei)遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang),在(zai)長期不用時,人(ren)為(wei)(wei)采(cai)取措施將太陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能集(ji)熱器(qi)上面的陽(yang)(yang)(yang)光遮(zhe)(zhe)擋,這種方式給消費者帶來不安(an)全感與麻煩。另一種被動自動遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang),當感知太陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能熱水(shui)系統(tong)溫度過高進,遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)機構自動運(yun)行,遮(zhe)(zhe)住(zhu)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)光,這方式的可靠性不高,遮(zhe)(zhe)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)機構的故障不能保(bao)證不發生。

辦法4:改進太陽能真空玻(bo)璃(li)管(guan),使之具(ju)(ju)有(you)低溫區仍具(ju)(ju)有(you)高效(xiao)吸熱的性能,高溫區具(ju)(ju)有(you)較差的吸熱性能

這(zhe)種方(fang)法(fa)(fa)在(zai)(zai)技術(shu)實現有一定的(de)(de)難(nan)度(du)(du)(du),迄今為止(zhi)還沒有成功(gong)過,主(zhu)要是降低了高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)的(de)(de)性能,隨之而來(lai)的(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)性能下被下降。研(yan)究(jiu)人員(yuan)試(shi)圖在(zai)(zai)真(zhen)空管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)內(nei)表(biao)面涂(tu)(tu)覆(fu)可變色的(de)(de)的(de)(de)涂(tu)(tu)層,低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)時(shi),該膜具有好的(de)(de)吸熱(re)(re)特性,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)時(shi),該膜顏色變淺,吸熱(re)(re)性能變差。但可惜的(de)(de)是這(zhe)種類型的(de)(de)涂(tu)(tu)層的(de)(de)壽命無法(fa)(fa)保證長效。另(ling)一種方(fang)法(fa)(fa)研(yan)究(jiu)人員(yuan)試(shi)圖在(zai)(zai)雙(shuang)玻(bo)璃層內(nei)添加某(mou)種物質(zhi),使之在(zai)(zai)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)時(shi)具有極低的(de)(de)蒸氣壓,而在(zai)(zai)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)較高時(shi),具有較高的(de)(de)蒸氣壓,即在(zai)(zai)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)時(shi)雙(shuang)玻(bo)璃管(guan)(guan)內(nei)真(zhen)空度(du)(du)(du)下降,從(cong)而增加真(zhen)空管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)的(de)(de)散熱(re)(re)效果,但這(zhe)種方(fang)式難(nan)點在(zai)(zai)于(yu),..這(zhe)種物質(zhi)比較難(nan)以尋(xun)找(zhao)到,第二真(zhen)空管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)工作時(shi),內(nei)表(biao)面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高,外(wai)層管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)較低,物質(zhi)蒸發后會(hui)冷凝在(zai)(zai)外(wai)表(biao)面上,造成真(zhen)空管(guan)(guan)失效。

解決(jue)“過熱”未來之(zhi)路

換(huan)一(yi)個角度(du)思(si)考問題(ti)。我(wo)們都知道有(you)一(yi)個現(xian)象(xiang):內陸地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)(qu),尤其(qi)是沙漠地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)(qu),晝夜溫(wen)差極(ji)大,就像我(wo)國(guo)的(de)新疆“早穿皮(pi)襖午(wu)穿紗,圍著火爐吃(chi)西瓜”;而(er)在(zai)沿海(hai)地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)(qu),晝夜溫(wen)差相對較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。產生這種現(xian)象(xiang)原因是地(di)(di)(di)表(biao)的(de)“熱(re)(re)(re)容”不同,沙漠地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)(qu)地(di)(di)(di)表(biao)的(de)“熱(re)(re)(re)容”較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),貯(zhu)存(cun)太(tai)陽(yang)能熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)能力較(jiao)差,有(you)太(tai)陽(yang),溫(wen)度(du)上升就快(kuai),沒(mei)太(tai)陽(yang),溫(wen)度(du)下降也快(kuai),造(zao)成晝夜溫(wen)差較(jiao)大;而(er)沒(mei)海(hai)地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)(qu),地(di)(di)(di)表(biao)的(de)“熱(re)(re)(re)容”相對較(jiao)大,升降溫(wen)均比較(jiao)慢,晝夜溫(wen)差也相對較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。因此要根據地(di)(di)(di)域的(de)特性研究(jiu)出一(yi)種適合于各地(di)(di)(di)方的(de)能防止太(tai)陽(yang)能過熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)太(tai)陽(yang)能熱(re)(re)(re)水器,讓更多的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量能夠存(cun)儲(chu)下來。
